Develop Partnerships with the Wider Community

All Souls St Gabriels School seeks to re-establish itself as part of the wider community.

Objectives

1. Develop and enhance the interaction between community and school and actively seek community involvement.
2. Increase awareness of ASSG in the wider community.

Strategies

1. Encourage students to be involved in all community activities (eg SES cadets, Clean Up Australia, community doorknocks etc).
2. The school will model the behaviour of a good citizen (willingness to commit to community events (eg Anzac Day, Charters Towers Show, Charters Towers Performing Arts Festival etc).
3. Advertise achievements of our students and have representatives at community events.
4. Become an active participant in the wider educational debate and issues.
5. Make the campus and campus facilities available for community activities.
6. Provide opportunities for regional families to access our community and facilities
