Residential Boarding Supervisor
Part-Time | Term-Time Shift Work (Nights & Weekends)
The School seeks to employ a highly capable Relief Residential Boarding Supervisor. The Relief Residential Boarding Supervisor is responsible for the safety and wellbeing of all boarding students in their care outside regular school hours. They will work closely with the Senior Residential Boarding Supervisors and the Pastoral Care Team to ensure a team approach to student wellbeing is maintained.
Duties will include:
- Supervise and support boarding students during evenings, overnight and weekends.
- Ensure students are safe, accounted for and appropriately supervised at all times.
- Provide pastoral care and respond calmly to wellbeing or behavioural concerns.
- Uphold child-safe practices, routines and professional boundaries.
- Work collaboratively with boarding staff, parents and school leaders.
- Complete required records and administrative tasks accurately.
Mandatory requirements
- Current Qld Blue Card (or ability to obtain)
- First Aid qualification (or ability to obtain)
