Teacher Aide (Senior School)

All Souls St Gabriels School is an independent Pre-prep to Year 12 co-educational day and boarding school, in the Anglican tradition, which has provided quality education for over 100 years to students from all over northern Australia and beyond.

We are seeking applications from enthusiastic and highly effective professionals to join our team in the following role:

TEACHERS AIDE (Senior School)

This position requires a person who can provide the commitment and support to promote the School as a quality educational center for young men and women. In this position, you will play a major role in providing support to multiple teams. The teacher’s aide can be deployed across a range of functions which span from classroom support to supervision.

Key Responsibilities:
? Support classroom teachers with lesson preparation and delivery.
? Provide learning and behavioural support to individual students and small groups.
? Assist in maintaining safe, supportive and inclusive learning environments.
? Communicate effectively with teachers and other staff regarding student progress and needs.
? Undertake administrative and operational duties as required, including supervision and transport (LR licence desirable).
