All Souls St Gabriels School is an independent Pre-prep to Year 12 co-educational day and boarding school, in the Anglican tradition, which has provided quality education for over 100 years to students from all over northern Australia and beyond.
An opportunity exists for an energetic and passionate person to join our cleaning team in the following role:
Cleaner
(Casual, Term Time only, commencing Term 1 2024)
The role includes supporting the cleaning team with general cleaning duties including:
- cleaning of dormitories and classrooms
- offices and amenities blocks
- vacuuming carpets and mopping floors
- checking stock levels of cleaning products
- maintaining cleaning equipment, sweeping & scrubbing specialised floors
- cleaning windows/air conditioners
- and other functions as directed by the Cleaning Supervisor.
Mandatory qualifications:
- Current Blue Card
- First aid training would be viewed favourably
- Comply with all current workplace requirements
Hours of work will include early mornings, day and evening shifts as negotiated including split shifts.
